ESC20 Accountability Forum 2025: Directory

IMPORTANT: Only attendees who are signed into the platform can create a custom schedule and download presenter handouts. You must be registered in Connect20 before receiving an invitation to the platform. Platform invitations will be sent out beginning in December. If you need assistance with your sign-in, check in at the Technology Support table the morning of the conference.

CREATING A CUSTOM SCHEDULE DOES NOT RESERVE A SPACE IN A SESSION. Seating for all sessions are first-come, first-seated.

Please note lunch will be on your own. A list of area restaurants is linked HERE or you are free to bring your own lunch. Cafe20 on the second floor has prepackaged salads, sandwiches, sodas, and snacks available for purchase. Complimentary coffee is available on site.

The conference center has a water fill station, please feel free to bring your reusable water bottle.

Kelly-Anne Carroll

Kelly-Anne Carroll is a Consultant, Inclusive Practices at ESC Region 20. She has worked in the field for 20 years in various settings including resource, co-teaching, content mastery, redirection, behavior, self-contained classes and district-wide consulting. Kelly-Anne provides support for inclusive practices as well as special education certification and state assessment. She has a passion for helping educators create highly rigorous and inclusive environments that are accessible to all students.

Pennie Kimbrough

Pennie Kimbrough is a program coordinator at Region 10 ESC. Prior to this role, she served as an assistant principal, a curriculum coordinator, instructional coach, and classroom teacher. Pennie has over 25 years of experience in education serving as a leader in various grade levels of elementary and middle school. Pennie holds a Master of Science In degree from Texas A&M University - Commerce.

Dr. Sylvia Morales

Dr. Sylvia Morales is transtioning into the Early Childhood group as a Coordinator III. Previously, she served as the Consultant for Performance Management & Data Analyst, Assessment, Research & Design at Region 20. Her work focused on providing technical assistance, professional development, and support to ESC-20 clients related to the Accountability System, Assessment, and Strong Foundations Planning. Lisa Ranallo, MA, CSC

Lisa Ranallo is a School Counseling Consultant at ESC-20. She provides resources, professional development, and support to the school counselors serving nearly half a million students in the region. This is her 27th year as an educator; she began her service teaching students in grades 5-8 for five years. After graduating with her MA in Counseling from UTSA, she became an elementary school counselor, working with K-5 students for two years, before she transitioned to high school counseling, where she stayed for 16 years.
